Nicholas Cordon
MCIOB, MCIArb, MAPM, Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution

Nicholas has worked for major contractors and consultants throughout the UK and North America on major infrastructure projects, providing project management, pre-construction and contract administration. He has knowledge of the use of most industry standard software including Primavera P6 enabling him to create and interrogate construction programmes.
He has recently completed the RICS Diploma in Adjudication after working as part of a team dealing with large claims. He is registered with the Academy of Experts as an Expert Determiner along with being a successful mediator dealing with construction disputes.
A passion for introducing new technology into the industry to improve productivity, Nicholas is also a Civil Aviation Authority accredited drone operator and believes that drones with the use of the latest technology will help ensure that clients and contractors will be able to quickly understand and resolve issues on-site.
Nicholas has previously provided expert reports to clients to help determine geotechnical issues relating to an oilfield development in Canada.

Matt Cranfield
Aerial Cinematographer, specialising in aerial film and photography

Matt has an extensive background in aerial film-production; having worked on BBC TV productions such as Top Gear as well as ITV, Channel 4 & 5, SKY Sports, National Geographic and more.
He has also produced numerous private commissions including work for the Eden Project, Alun Griffiths Civil Engineering and local/national tourism boards.
Matt also has experience in photogrammetry/mapping & close up inspection work.
